Hospitality Booking Guidelines for the ITF U18 Basel
Free Hospitality for Main Draw Players:
- The tournament provides free hospitality (Bed and Breakfast) for all Main Draw players.
- Hospitality begins the day before the second round of the Main Draw starts and ends the day after the player is eliminated from the tournament.
- Accommodation Details:
- Only double rooms are available, and each room must be shared with another Main Draw player.
- Single rooms are not included as part of the hospitality package.
- Direct Booking Requirement for Main Draw Players:
- Main Draw players must book their accommodations directly at the tournament by using the button below.
- Personal or third-party arrangements will not be reimbursed by the tournament.
Coaches, Qualifying Players, and Accompanying Persons:
- Coaches, Qualifying players, family members, and other accompanying persons are not included in the free hospitality package.
- They must book their accommodations directly with the hotel at their own expense.
